They are not interchangeable. M10 x 1.5 is the metric standard dominant in Europe, Asia, and globally under EN 12572. The 3/8"-16 UNC is the imperial standard used in North America. Attempting to force an imperial bolt into a metric thread will immediately strip the threads, creating safety hazards and ruined panels. We manufacture both standards to meet specific regional requirements.
Q2: How do you prevent T-nuts from spinning or popping out of climbing wall panels?
To prevent spinning, commercial gyms choose screw-on flanged T-nuts. Unlike 4-prong T-nuts, which rely on wood compression, screw-on T-nuts are locked to the back of the panel with separate wood screws.
