This classification defines the weight of the protective zinc coating. Class 1 hot-dip galvanization applies approximately 60-80 g/m² of zinc, suitable for standard, dry inland environments. Class 3 coating applies 240-290 g/m² of zinc, designed to withstand wet, coastal, and chemical-heavy environments, lasting up to three times longer than Class 1.
High-Tensile wire uses higher carbon steel, raising the tensile strength above 1,000 MPa. This allows the wire to resist impact and cutting. Additionally, it remains taut under tension, allowing posts to be spaced wider during installation, which reduces overall project material costs.
Reverse-twist designs alternative twist directions on the wire strands. This balance prevents the wire from unraveling when cut, keeps the line wire tense, and stops it from twisting or binding during installation, making it easier to pull and clip.
