We source steel exclusively from top manufacturers like XING TAI Steel. We then perform in-house spheroidizing annealing and precision wire drawing in our own plant, ensuring the steel has a consistent microstructure before heading to the cold headers.
Using German multi-station cold heading machines and precision Taiwanese tooling, we form the nut blanks. The domes are either formed in a single operation or precisely machined, followed by high-speed tapping to maintain a consistent 6H thread fit.
Our four continuous mesh belt heat treatment lines allow us to control carbon potential, quenching temperature, and tempering cycles, ensuring consistent hardness (HRC 28-32) and high shear strength.
Capping off our process is a range of decorative plating options. We use automated electroplating, PVD vacuum metalizing, and mechanical polishing to achieve a smooth finish (Ra ≤ 0.4μm) and long-lasting corrosion resistance.
