Galvanized chicken mesh, structurally classified as hexagonal wire netting, is a fundamental engineering material utilized across agricultural protection, concrete stucco lathing, industrial insulations, and soil stabilization. Its mechanical durability relies heavily on two elements: steel chemistry consistency and zinc coating integrity.
As global infrastructure and smart farming practices scale up, standard fencing wire mesh is evolving. Heavy-gauge galvanized chicken mesh is increasingly selected to resist structural shear stresses and high-salinity atmospheric corrosion. Industrial consumers require custom weave patterns, precise tensile properties, and certified zinc coatings to ensure longevity in the field.
Sinsun Hardware leverages vertically integrated steel wire processing and German-engineered weaving lines to supply custom-engineered ODM galvanized hexagonal mesh that meets strict structural specifications, delivering reliable protection for demanding architectural and agricultural projects.

Established in 2006, Sinsun Hardware has grown from a specialized fastener facility into a large-scale manufacturer and global exporter of hardware and industrial wire mesh products. Operating from our 30,000 square meter integrated facility in Northern China, we produce and deliver complex hardware orders globally.
Our operations include advanced wire drawing, heat treatment, precise weaving, and custom coating. By managing the supply chain from raw material steel coils to finished mesh and fasteners, we control mechanical tolerances down to ±0.02mm, ensuring consistent structural integrity.
With an annual shipping volume exceeding 8,500 containers, Sinsun supports agricultural, industrial, and construction supply networks in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, and Eastern Europe.
GBW uses pre-galvanized wire formed into hexagonal mesh. The process offers flexibility and high production rates. Ideal for standard agriculture and environments with low exposure to chemical agents.
GAW processes the mesh through hot-dip zinc galvanization after weaving. Zinc seals the twisted joints, preventing micro-crevice moisture accumulation. This delivers superior rust protection for marine and industrial uses.
This mesh applies an organic polymer sheath over hot-dipped wire, creating a dual-barrier barrier. Excellent for acidic soils, high humidity agricultural zones, and coastal poultry enclosures.
Zinc acts as a sacrificial anode. In aggressive marine or industrial agricultural environments, thin zinc coats (<30 g/m²) can fail in under 12 months. Sinsun ODM Galvanized Chicken Mesh offers customizable zinc coating density from 60 g/m² to over 300 g/m², conforming to international standards like ASTM A641/A641M and BS EN 10244-2.
By matching wire chemistry, weave structure, and post-treatments, we provide customized solutions for projects requiring service life profiles from 5 to 25 years.
Sinsun established its production base in Northern China, focusing on developing high-durability cold-headed fasteners and wire processing systems.
Formed our dedicated export department, allowing us to supply international civil engineering, hardware, and agriculture markets directly.
Added 4 spheroidizing annealing furnaces to process raw wire rod on site, giving us direct control over wire grain structure and tensile strength.
Introduced German multi-station forming machinery and Taiwanese weaving techniques to expand our specialized wire and mesh product ranges.
Reached an annual production capacity of 36,000 tons, exporting over 1,100 containers globally with strict quality metrics.
Built our 12,000 m² smart distribution warehouse, maintaining stable ready-stock levels to reduce lead times for key projects.
Added 4 state-of-the-art heat treatment lines, enhancing grain refinement for both specialized fasteners and high-durability woven wire meshes.
Used to build biosecure boundaries that protect livestock and poultry from predators. Our mesh features consistent twist joints and smooth edges, reducing wire failure under mechanical pressure.
Acts as an internal plaster lath structure to prevent masonry wall cracking. The hexagonal weave distributes load evenly, providing dimensional support across concrete assemblies.
Installed on exposed hillsides and steep slopes to stabilize soil and control rockfall. Combining high tensile strength and design flexibility, the mesh holds loose rocks in place without blocking vegetation growth.
At Sinsun Hardware, we trace materials starting with high-grade carbon steel rod from Xingtai Steel. We run spheroidizing annealing and wire drawing in-house to monitor metallurgical composition before processing the wire.
We also provide customized ODM packaging. With a 12,000 m² warehouse and 3D visual preview tools, we deliver customized packaging configurations directly to your distribution center.
We regularly host international clients at our production site to show our manufacturing processes, and we participate in global construction exhibitions to present our product innovations.
GAW (Galvanized After Weaving) is woven first, then dipped in molten zinc. This process coats the twisted joints to protect against moisture-induced rust. GBW (Galvanized Before Weaving) uses pre-galvanized wire that is woven afterward. While GAW offers higher corrosion resistance, GBW is often a cost-effective solution for dry conditions.
For standard poultry protection, a 20-gauge or 22-gauge wire is typical. For locations with predators like coyotes, foxes, or badgers, we recommend a heavier 19-gauge or 16-gauge GAW mesh or a PVC-coated option to increase resistance to chewing and clawing.
We supply commercial zinc coatings ranging from 40 g/m² to high-durability options exceeding 240-300 g/m². The choice depends on local climatic conditions and your project's target design life.
Yes, hexagonal wire mesh is commonly used as a lath reinforcement for plaster and stucco. The weave structure helps absorb structural thermal expansion and contraction, distributing mechanical loads evenly across the surface.
Yes. As an ODM supplier, we manufacture widths from 0.5m to 3m and roll lengths matching your specifications. We also offer custom private label packaging, branded core tubes, and shipping pallets for retail distribution.
The PVC coating provides a physical barrier over the galvanized wire, shielding it from chemicals, acids, and salt spray. This design is useful in marine sites and wet agricultural applications.
Our wire drawing and weaving facilities conform to international quality management systems, including standard ASTM A641, EN 10223-3, and BS standards. We verify wire gauge, zinc mass, and tensile strength before dispatch.
Standard orders typically ship in 20 to 30 days. For custom ODM specifications, we establish scheduling plans based on tooling setup and raw material configuration to meet delivery timelines.
