Premium hardware configurations custom-adapted for heavy timber construction, structural masonry, maritime structures, and specialized Scandinavian steel projects.
Norway's industrial and construction markets operate under some of the most unforgiving environments on the planet. From offshore subsea oil & gas operations in the North Sea to sub-zero high-altitude infrastructural projects, standard fastening elements cannot suffice. The demand is geared heavily toward structural integrity, high fatigue resistance, and high-performance anti-corrosion properties matching the C5-M (Marine coastal atmospheric corrosivity category) standard.
As building norms such as TEK17 (Norwegian Regulations on Technical Requirements for Building Works) dictate highly stringent thresholds for thermal bridging, insulation thickness, structural stability, and materials sustainability, European procurement managers increasingly require specialized manufacturing partners who can combine raw material control with high-volume, precision manufacturing capabilities.
The growth in Norway’s offshore wind energy sector, combined with its long-standing maritime shipping fleet and innovative timber-clad buildings (utilizing cross-laminated timber / CLT), has completely shifted the screw specification paradigm.
Sinsun Hardware operates the largest self tapping screw production base in northern China, optimizing global B2B supply lines from smelting to fast container delivery.
Established in 2006, Sinsun Hardware is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of high-quality fasteners. Operating from a gigantic 30,000 sqm integrated facility, we incorporate modern production zones, a 12,000 sqm smart warehouse holding over 18,000 pallets, and multi-language customer support teams. Our yearly capacity of over 8,500 containers services markets across the globe.
Our production prowess is driven by German-imported machinery, precision Taiwanese technology, and a dependable staff of trained specialists. We offer over 20,000 SKUs of nails, screws, wires, and rivets, each undergoing 12+ stringent quality checks to assure outstanding polish (Ra ≤ 0.4μm), corrosion resistance (1,000+ hours salt spray), dimensional accuracy (±0.02mm), high strength (1,000+ MPa), and consistent hardness (HRC 28-32).
We guarantee reliable and rapid lead times for both standard and special orders by using our integrated facility, optimized inventory, and effective planning. Sinsun Hardware is your strategic partner, committed to delivering quality, innovation, and on-time performance worldwide.
Integrating extreme stress-tolerant wire drawings, mesh products, and structural drywall fastener combinations.
Our journey of expansion, from establishing exports in 2012 and integrating German technology in 2018, to achieving a 36,000-ton annual output and adding advanced heat treatment lines by 2025.
Sinsun began with a singular focus in 2006: to build a factory dedicated to self-tapping screws. This foundational specialization established our core expertise from the ground up. It remains the unwavering commitment behind every screw we manufacture today.
The year 2012 marked a pivotal step for Sinsun with the establishment of our Export Department. From that point forward, our specialized self-tapping screws began reaching customers across the world, expanding our mission beyond borders.
In 2015, Sinsun expanded its control over quality by adding four spheroidizing furnaces for raw material processing and in-house wire drawing capabilities. This strategic upgrade moved our production beyond screw manufacturing, beginning with precise control from the raw material stage. It ensures superior consistency and performance in every piece screw we produce.
Our production capability was enhanced in 2018 with new German multi-station cold heading machines. Concurrently, we grew our product line to include a variety of drill tail screws. This dual development strengthened our specialized manufacturing foundation.
Sinsun's growth in 2021 was defined by two key metrics: reaching 36,000 tons in annual production and fulfilling international orders with over 1,100 export containers. This period underscored our capacity to deliver at scale to a global market.
To ensure timely delivery for our clients, we operate a 1,200-square-meter ready-stock warehouse as of 2023. This facility is dedicated to supporting efficient daily distribution and meeting your routine supply needs.
The addition of four heat treatment lines in 2025 significantly boosts our production capacity. This directly translates to greater consistency in product quality and stronger guarantees for on-schedule delivery, meeting your project needs with confidence.
Our metallurgical supply chain starts at the source. SINSUN partners directly with premium steel producers like XING TAI Steel to procure structural-grade carbon steel (10B21, 1022A, etc.) and high-durability stainless grades. Once raw materials arrive at our plant, they undergo in-house spheroidizing annealing and precision wire drawing. This end-to-end control, supported by our advanced drawing machines and gas-fired furnaces, ensures a uniform microstructure, preventing fracture failure under cold stress conditions common in Norwegian winter installations.
SINSUN operates four dedicated gas-fired continuous mesh belt furnace lines. By managing heating gradients and carbon potential precisely, we eliminate decarburization layers and prevent hydrogen embrittlement.
From organic zinc-flake barrier coatings to specialized Hot-Dip Galvanization (HDG), SINSUN fasteners endure over 1,000 hours in neutral salt spray (ASTM B117 standards) without showing signs of red rust.
Utilizing high-precision multi-station cold heading and thread-rolling machinery, we guarantee strict dimensional compliance of ±0.02mm and flawless surface finishes (Ra ≤ 0.4μm).
Looking forward, SINSUN is committed to meeting the European Union’s decarbonization directives and the expectations of Norwegian importers regarding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) values. Our roadmap includes transitioning toward hydrogen-powered heat treatment systems, using recycled low-carbon steel billets, and optimizing logistics routes via Norwegian ports such as Oslo, Bergen, and Stavanger to reduce the overall supply chain footprint.
We welcome engineering clients for detailed factory visits and actively showcase our technology at major international industrial exhibitions.
