We guarantee reliable and rapid lead times for both standard and special orders by using our integrated facility, optimised inventory, and effective planning. Sinsun Hardware is your strategic partner, committed to delivering quality, innovation, and on-time performance worldwide.
From Sinsun founding in 2006, Sinsun has grown into a leading Chinese fastener manufacturer. Explore our journey of expansion, from establishing exports in 2012 and integrating German technology in 2018, to achieving a 36,000-ton annual output and adding advanced heat treatment lines by 2025.
Sinsun began with a singular focus in 2006: to build a factory dedicated to self-tapping screws. This foundational specialization established our core expertise from the ground up. It remains the unwavering commitment behind every screw we manufacture today.
The year 2012 marked a pivotal step for Sinsun with the establishment of our Export Department. From that point forward, our specialized self-tapping screws began reaching customers across the world, expanding our mission beyond borders.
In 2015, Sinsun expanded its control over quality by adding four spheroidizing furnaces for raw material processing and in-house wire drawing capabilities. This strategic upgrade moved our production beyond screw manufacturing, beginning with precise control from the raw material stage. It ensures superior consistency and performance in every piece screw we produce.
Our production capability was enhanced in 2018 with new German multi-station cold heading machines. Concurrently, we grew our product line to include a variety of drill tail screws. This dual development strengthened our specialized manufacturing foundation.
Sinsun's growth in 2021 was defined by two key metrics: reaching 36,000 tons in annual production and fulfilling international orders with over 1,100 export containers. This period underscored our capacity to deliver at scale to a global market.
To ensure timely delivery for our clients, we operate a 1,200-square-meter ready-stock warehouse as of 2023. This facility is dedicated to supporting efficient daily distribution and meeting your routine supply needs.
The addition of four heat treatment lines in 2025 significantly boosts our production capacity. This directly translates to greater consistency in product quality and stronger guarantees for on-schedule delivery, meeting your project needs with confidence.
Serrated lock nuts leverage custom-designed radial serrations on the flange contact surface. The specific geometry of these teeth allows for smooth, low-friction tightening while digging into the mating material upon loading, requiring significantly higher off-torque to prevent loosening during high-vibration applications.
By engineering the angle of inclination of the locking serrations, Sinsun OEM products reduce the risk of thread galling and clamping force decay. Standard parameters are held strictly within DIN 6923, ISO 4161, and ASME B18.2.6M guidelines to ensure predictable tension control.
Our OEM manufacturing line provides custom platings ranging from traditional zinc-plated (yellow/blue) to advanced coatings like Geomet, Dacromet, and Zinc-Nickel (Zn-Ni) alloy, guaranteeing corrosion resistance over 1,000 hours in standard neutral salt spray tests (ASTM B117).
Industrial components like serrated lock nuts are critical for safety and operational continuity across various global sectors. At Sinsun Hardware, we configure our manufacturing tolerances, metallurgical selection, and quality check systems to match specialized macro-industry demands.
Solar arrays face persistent wind loading and temperature fluctuations. Our serrated flange lock nuts maintain structural clamping forces on tracker frames and mounting brackets without requiring supplementary lock washers, speeding up onsite assembly and lowering overall maintenance overhead.
High dynamic stress levels necessitate fasteners with zero-defect rates. Leveraging German and Taiwanese precision tooling, Sinsun manufactures serrated nuts that maintain dimensional consistency down to ±0.02mm, satisfying rigorous Tier-1 automotive quality guidelines.
Vibrations on diesel powertrains, agricultural gearboxes, and structural construction apparatuses degrade typical threaded assemblies. Our heat-treated Class 8 and Class 10 carbon steel lock nuts retain structural integrity under continuous load fluctuations.
Sinsun operates a highly integrated factory model. Controlling the manufacturing sequence from the initial raw wire rod stage to final surface treatment yields major benefits for our international OEM clients. By bypassing intermediate toll processing, we bypass external supply bottlenecks and maintain pricing transparency.
Our 12,000 square meter smart warehouse provides dynamic storage capacity exceeding 18,000 pallets. Supported by real-time ERP material tracking, Sinsun ensures consistent lead times. Combined with our 1,200 square meters of immediate ready stock (established in 2023), we are well-positioned to fulfill bulk replenishment orders and prevent project delays.
As a trusted OEM/ODM manufacturing partner, Sinsun Hardware simplifies global logistics and compliance. We provide engineering consultation, customized packaging designs, and detailed documentation.
Every shipment is accompanied by Mill Test Reports (MTRs) detailing material chemistry and physical properties. We comply strictly with RoHS and REACH regulations, confirming that all finished coatings and plating baths are completely free of hexavalent chromium and restricted chemicals.
From industrial bulk cartons to custom-printed retail packaging with custom barcodes, our packaging department provides comprehensive support. We offer 3D design previews before production to ensure layout accuracy, helping clients protect and showcase their brand.
Looking to the future, Sinsun Hardware is focused on the next generation of lock nut performance. Our R&D efforts target extreme environments, lightweight structures, and smart manufacturing parameters.
Developing micro-serration designs that reduce surface wear on delicate mating components while preserving excellent slip resistance on structural assemblies.
Integrating dry-film lubricants onto plated nut threads to maintain consistent friction coefficients and prevent thread galling during high-speed installation.
Expanding the use of medium carbon boron steels and stainless steel alloys to reduce component weight while meeting Class 10 and Class 12 mechanical strength targets.
Serrated lock nuts feature integrated radial serrations on the flange face. When the nut is tightened against a bearing surface, the teeth bite into the mating material. The angle of these serrations is engineered to permit clockwise tightening while resisting counter-clockwise loosening. Under dynamic vibration, the teeth mechanically lock against the surface, requiring a higher breakaway torque than the initial installation torque.
While serrated flange nuts can be reused, they are most effective on their first installation. Reinstallation can wear down the locking serrations and score the mating surface, which may alter the required installation torque and slightly reduce the locking effectiveness. For high-stress or critical applications, we recommend using new fasteners.
We use high-grade carbon steels (Class 8, Class 10) sourced from leading suppliers like Xingtai Steel, as well as stainless steels (Grade 304, 316). We apply precise heat treatments on our four continuous lines to achieve consistent hardness (HRC 28-32) and tensile strengths over 1,000 MPa, meeting ISO and ASME specifications.
For high-tensile components (typically Class 10 and above) undergoing acid pickling and electro-galvanizing, we perform a baking process (hydrogen relief baking) immediately after plating. This is done within critical temperature windows to release trapped hydrogen, ensuring the steel remains ductile and structurally sound under load.
The MOQ depends on the dimensions, material grade, and coating requirements. Standard designs supported by our active inventory can be shipped quickly. For custom dimensions or special coatings, typical lead times range from 20 to 30 days, backed by our 12,000 square meter smart warehouse and structured production scheduling.
